Dvision Network Joins the Enjin Ecosystem

Yet another strategic integration with the Enjin chain. This time, web-based 3D VR metaverse platform Dvision has joined the Enjin ecosystem.

Interestingly, Dvision also revealed that it main focus is to launch on five different blockchains. According to a press release shared with Altcoin Buzz, the South Korea-based blockchain metaverse is currently on both Ethereum (ETH) and Binance Smart Chain (BSC). Also, its integration with the Enjin ecosystem brings it closer to achieving its vision of launching on Efinity, JumpNet, and Polkadot.

Once these integrations are completed, Dvision will become the first-ever metaverse platform to operate on five different blockchains.

More on the Partnership

The partnership is a welcome occurrence for both Enjin and Dvision. Thanks to the partnership, Dvision will have access to the entire NFT minting features on Enjin like its API. This means that Dvision users will be able to mint NFTs for use as real estate, avatars, decorations, etc. Furthermore, these NFTs can then be integrated into Dvision’s metaverse character. Simply put, interested persons can easily create NFTs via Dvision’s character creator. These NFTs can then be minted on any of Dvision’s supported blockchain. Swapping can also easily be done across chains via Enjin’s network of bridges.

Speaking on the integration, the CEO of Dvision, Jung Hyun Eom, disclosed that his entire team was elated by the integration with Enjin. Also adding that, “We fully recognize the necessity for improving the usability of NFTs.” Hyun Eom also revealed that minting of NFTs on Ethereum was quite expensive as players had to “[…] pay huge amounts of money for simple in-game transactions.” This is, however, not the case with NFTs minted using Enjin. The minting of Enjin-based NFTs is actually free with a zero-carbon footprint. The market has to “[…] decide the price, without the burdensome gas fees.”

Upcoming Events on Dvision

The virtual world built on ETH and BSC, and now Enjin also has plans in place to serve as a multi-chain marketplace. One designed to facilitate the minting and trading of unique NFT pieces. This, in turn, is sure to boost interoperability among blockchain platforms.

According to reports, plans are in place to officially open the cross-chain metaverse to the public sometime in Q3 of 2021. Interested persons can also explore the Dvision ecosystem during the Luniverse partners day event. The event is scheduled to take place on July 29 and 30, 2021.
