SWAP ERC20 Token To Be Interchangeable With the Polkadot Ecosystem
TrustSwap has been an easy-to-use solution in the trustless escrow payments sector since it launched in the middle of last year. Since its launch, TrustSwap has experienced rapid growth, along with the addition of extra software features. The holders and stakers of SWAP tokens have reaped some benefits.
Currently, TrustSwap is actively building on the Ethereum Network. Once TrustSwap integrates with Polkadot, cross-chain compatibility, lower fees, and scalability will be made available to TrustSwap users. The SWAP ERC20 token will be interchangeable with the Polkadot ecosystem and no more tokens will be issued.
TrustSwap has also started developing a crypto marketplace for buying, selling, and trading ERC20s and NFTs. This marketplace, known as “Swappable,” will go live soon. This year, TrustSwap has promised more launches, expansions, and development. This integration with Polkadot shows how TrustSwap is expanding its ecosystem.
TrustSwap To Gain From Polkadot’s Expanded Market
On the 14th of January, Polkadot’s market capitalization climbed to over $10 billion for the first time, overtaking XRP. However, Polkadot (DOT) has since slipped behind XRP. CoinMarketCap reports that XRP is the 4th ranked crypto with a market cap of $19.79 billion while DOT is in 5th place with $14.9 billion.
Bitcoin is number one by market cap with $626 billion. Ethereum comes in at number two with $154 billion while Tether pulls in the bronze medal with $16.4 billion.
Created by Parity Technologies, Polkadot is known for linking multiple blockchains as an interoperability protocol. Used for creating parachains, its native DOT tokens are also used for voting on governance issues. The Polkadot platform is extremely active, with many projects being built upon it. TrustSwap integrating into Polkadot will benefit both platforms.
Before now, TrustSwap disclosed details of its upcoming Swappable DeFi NFT and ERC-20 marketplace. In line with the development, SYNC also revealed interest in TrustSwap’s soon-to-launch Swappable marketplace.
