Several top upcoming crypto events are expected to take place next week. Events range from the much-anticipated Berlin hard fork on Ethereum to the auction of the 6ix9ine NFT art pieces to the Minter 2 upgrade launch.

Bondly and 6ix9ine Collaboration
Multi-platinum American rapper, recording artist, and songwriter Tekashi 69, also known as 6ix9ine, launched two 3D animated NFT art pieces on Bondly.Finance on April 9, 2021. The NFT collectible art pieces incorporate excerpts from his Dummy Boy and Tattletales albums.
The New York-born artist released 125 versions of 3 additional NFTs at lower prices. Therefore, making it more affordable to his fan base and other NFT enthusiasts. The NFTs sold will be delivered on April 14, 2021.
Bidding on the auction pieces will begin on April 14, 2021. The winners of the auctions will receive 1 Dummy Boy RIAA certified physical platinum plaque with the NFT buyers name inscribed along with an additional NFT as a proof of authenticity, exclusive capabilities in Atari and other Metaverse products, and a special 1:1 physical art piece inspired by the work and printed on canvas. The auction will take place on OpenSea.

2. Ethereum Berlin Hard Fork
The popular blockchain platform has announced the launch of its Berlin hard fork. According to the Ethereum All Core Developers meeting, the hard fork will take place on April 14, 2021, at block height 12,244,000. The hard fork will also involve Ethereum’s move from a proof-of-work (PoW) to a proof-of-stake (PoS) consensus algorithm.
3. Minter 2 Upgrade Launch
Decentralized technology Internet of Money platform Minter has disclosed the details of a major update. The update (Minter 2) is scheduled to go live on April 12, 2021, and will help with cross-chain transfers, decentralized trading, and several other DeFi opportunities. The upgrade will be based on DEX and AMM mechanisms alongside on-chain limit orders. It also brings Minter closer to its goal of launching an Internet of Money architecture.
4. Ethereum Push Notification Service (PUSH) Upcoming IDO
Ethereum Push Notification Service is a blockchain-based notification protocol providing users with the ability to receive notifications. The platform has announced plans to launch an IDO expected to take place between April 13 and 14, 2021. The IDO will take place on Polkastarter with a fundraising goal of $100,000. The whitelist took place from April 1 to April 6, 2021.

5. Yellow Road Upcoming IDO on Poolz
Community-backed platform Yellow Road has announced the details of its IDO slated to take place on Poolz. The BSC-based platform also disclosed the timeline of the event as April 10, 2021. Yellow Road has a goal of raising $550,000 from the IDO.

6. Cere Network Token Sale
Inspired by the multi-chain platform Polkadot, Cere Network is a next-generation distributed network consisting of several interconnected layers. The network’s second phase of its triple public token sale is expected to take place on DAO Maker’s DAO Pad on April 15, 2021. The third phase will take place on Polkastarter on April 19, 2021.

7. Wanchain Jupiter Hard Fork
Popular DeFi interoperable platform Wanchain has announced details of its proposed Jupiter hard fork expected to take place on April 15th at exactly 0:00 am UTC. The hard fork will boost Wanchain’s compatibility with Ethereum, as well as ensure unrestricted access to top ETH-based tools like MetaMask. Wanchain’s Jupiter hard fork will also help facilitate the launch of its much-anticipated ETH Layer 2 solution.
