Ulti Arena is a non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace for game assets with Proof-of-Gaming.
The General Manager of Altcoin Buzz, Anindya (Ani) Baidya, anchored the Ulti Arena AMA session on our Telegram channel with Ulti Arena’s CEO Duke Vu and Project Manager Oskar Krzak. The AMA took place on December 21st, 2021.
Below is a recap of the AMA session with Duke Vu and Oskar Krzak to understand the project. The AMA was in three segments: introduction, deep dive, and community questions and answers.
Segment 1: Introduction to Ulti Arena
Background Information
Q – To start with, tell us about your company. How was the concept of Ulti Arena created?
Duke – Glad to have that question. I and Wojciech have been working together for almost two years in this company called Pragmatic Coders – a Blockchain development company that was one of the first to create a Crypto Exchange in 2017 (along with multiple ICO’s in that time). We saw a massive interest in Gaming and NFT’s, so we decided to start Ulti Arena – we both played a lot of World of Warcraft and were in love with the decentralized gaming concept and actual blockchain ownership, know the rest was history.
Oskar – Hi, my name is Oskar Krzak, and I’m Operations Manager at Ulti Arena. My primary responsibilities are mainly related to Ultimate Battle Arena game development and Proof-of-gaming development. I’m usually dropped on the battlefield as operations and work on different project fields, including community management, relations, and HR.
Something about our company and project; UltiArena Technologies Pte. is a registered company in Singapore, but our Team is global. We have team members in Poland, the UK, US, Pakistan, Philippines, etc.
Products to Watch Out For
Ulti Arena is built by gamers and aims to become the Metaverse of all things gaming. With this in mind, we are building an ecosystem that revolves around the gaming industry with three main products:
- NFT Marketplace for Game Assets where buyers and sellers can trade unique 2D/3D assets, music, sound, and UI/HUD elements. Ultimately, we want the Marketplace to be a white label solution by providing a launchpad platform for IGOs of other NFT games. We have launched our first IGO with CyberCity.game.

- Crypto Trading Card Game called Ultimate Battle Arena, built-in collaboration with Remote Control Productions and Frag Games. Segment 2: Deep Dive
About The Project
Q – How big is your Global Team? You have three main products. Are you moving all three products with the same steam? Or is there a priority on which the Team is working on?
Duke – We currently have 13 Team Members with Engineers included (not counting the Frag Games team, which consists of 10 people, including Game Artists, Engineers, and DevOps). We have one Team taking care of NFT Marketplace and PoG now. With our UBA game, it’s Frag Games, our partner who’s in charge of development.
Oskar – Our roadmap can be found here and whitepaper here. As you can see, we have a lot of things to deliver on time. We can’t just focus on one product at a time. I believe we have a mid-size team in terms of our project size. We will be looking for expansion by the following year since we are constantly growing. I see many good things in the upcoming year – 2022, definitely #UltiArena should be on your watch list.
Q – NFT Marketplace, which is made by gamers for gamers, is it decentralized or curated?
Duke – It’s curated by our Team; we surely wouldn’t want everyone to be able to mint their NFT’s on our Marketplace. BTW what you see is just the beginning. We should see more features coming for the Marketplace in upcoming months, including Collections, Auctions, 3D/Animated NFT’s and more. I know it sounds like a ‘been-there-done-that’ list of features, but it’s essentially still fresh, and we have huge plans coming ahead for the Marketplace, including a Whitelabel solution for Blockchain Games and In-game Assets (non-blockchain). But yeah, step by step.
Oskar –
That’s how our NFT Marketplace will look like in 2022. Currently, we are developing new features + improvements. We love our community and the feedback which we received. Every day, we have new thoughts about how Marketplace should look or improve it.
It’s rare to see community engagement those days. Everyone is looking to make money, and there is no more community feedback/interest in the product itself.

Information About Other Products
Q – I see you have a significant DeFi element in your product. You have Yield Farming and Staking Opportunities. Tell us more about what TVL you have achieved so far. How much APY can a person get in both these products?
Oskar – Ulti Financial Tool looks like this:
Currently, we are offering ULTI-BNB pairing for the Yield Farming on our Financial Tools, where holders can farm for either 7,14, 30, 60, 90, 180 or 365 days. We are working towards adding more farming pairs in the future. You can read more about the $ULTI farming here.
The Staking on the other han,d is now closed, but just like farming, $ULTI holders were also able to stake for 7,14, 30, 60, 90, 180, or 365 days. You can join our community chats for updates on when the Staking will reopen.
I see that most people are going into Proof-of-Gaming instead of standard Farming & Staking? Why? Because when using PoG, you have control over it, you can decide how much you earn basin on your performance in-game. If you play poorly, you earn fewers -> if you perform well in the game, you will make more.
Ulti Arena will be first of its kind offering multiple P2E solutions.

Q – How has the adoption of your products (user and artist both) been so far?
Oskar –
I hope everyone noticed this below.
We have fully launched one product. It’s NFT Marketplace, let me share some more details about it and you & your community will determine if we were successful or not.
Our NFT Marketplace was launched in November and we can sell $30k worth of NFTs on our first day alone. To date, the Marketplacecano deals about 60,000,000 $ULTI worth, with 5,000,000 $ULTI being the highest priced NFT. Our new sales manager, Anthony, recently joined the Team to help raise brand awareness, sales, and game artists and studios sign-ups.
Proof-of-Gaming will be launched on December 29th and we are currently running DotA two tournaments across China, Southeast Asia, and Europe. You can still sign up for the tournament here.
We are doing a presale for the in-game currency of Ultimate Battle Arena called Benders of Valor or $BOV starting in mid-January. We will release the website and open the whitelisting before this month ends. Join our community chat for updates.
Q – So, $BOV Presale is via your website. Will it be in any other IDO platform or Copperlaunch?
Oskar – $BOV presale will be posted here. Currently, we only plan to launch it there, but we will see what the future brings. We have huge followings so I believe the resales will sell out quicker than we expect.
Remember, it’s not just our community that will be buying a $BOV presale, but other investors will also be willing to jump on the train. When you give an option to make easy money, people will always follow.

Q.Twitter – I hear that besides the $ULTI token you will launch a new token called $BO. Can you explain what the token’s function is?
Oskar – $BOV basically will be used as in-game currency. To level up your card with character or reroll the player stats, you will need to use a $BOV token for that.
Remember, it’s an NFT game, so each time you apply changes to your character, this will require some fees.
We probably going to use a small portion of $ULTI along with $BOVtoo to apply some changes to your NFT card (in-game character).
Since you need $ULTI & $BOV tokens to apply the changes, we see that the price of those NFT’s will skyrocket.
Q.Twitter – Do you only want to be on the BSC blockchain ecosystem or are there any plans for ULTI Arena to create cross-chain integration between other blockchains?
Oskar – Since NFT’s are mainly on the Ethereum network, we will probably look in the future for another bridge.
Q.Telegram – You have a great roadmap. Do you believe that you will complete this roadmap on time?
Oskar – We are on the schedule, but if something is off, the delay can be a max of a few days up to two weeks. It’s always like that. You can’t predict the future if we will find an issue that will take us more time to fix.
