To ensure quality, the launchpad will make several strategic changes to how it offers its launchpad services. The polygon-based launchpad has disclosed plans to separate its launchpad services to two different operations: BLOKPAD VIP and BLOKPAD ESSENTIAL.
First, BLOKPAD VIP will serve as an IDO launchpad and an incubation platform designed solely for elite projects. Secondly, BLOKPAD ESSENTIAL will provide launchpad and IDO services to any other project.
Therefore, the staking allocation token on the BLOKPAD VIP arm will be $BLOK tokens. At the same time, the allocation token on the BLOKPAD ESSENTIAL launchpad will be the new $BPAD token. Now let’s take a look at the first IDO that BLOKPAD had.

Since the IDO launch, the price of the Sidus Heroes’ native tokens, $SIDUS and $SENATE, has increased steadily. When writing this article, $SIDUS and $SENATE were trading at $0.069 and $2.59, respectively.
A clear example of how the launchpad is creating extensive engagement in its Community is that an investor with a Tier 9 allocation worth $736 will receive approximately 204,550 $SIDUS tokens and 2,045 $SENATE tokens. Both allocations are now estimated at $18,700, roughly a 24x price increase.
On the other hand, according to the official announcement, the launchpad plans to continue to provide IDO services of this nature. Further adding that its community members should expect more successful IDO launches in the coming year.
$BPAD Use Cases in BLOKPAD
One use case of the new $BPAD token will cover the operational costs. Also, the $BPAD allocation of $1,593,750 includes a small part of this cost. In line with this, the launchpad will charge no fees from participants on both its VIP and ESSENTIAL launchpads.
Also, participants who staked $BLOK tokens during the SIDUS IDO will receive $BPAD tokens via an airdrop.
