The beginning of 2021 is starting on a high note for scalable blockchain platform TomoChain.
TomoChain, in its community weekly recap post, discussed in detail the several strategic updates on the platform in the first week of 2021. The weekly recap covers updates that took place from January 4, 2021, to January 10, 2021. According to the post, TomoChain started the week with “a lot of arduous work for the development of our product ecosystem.” The blockchain platform also added that it has high hopes for all its proposed updates in 2021.

The Updates in Detail
First on the list is its recently launched TomoIssuer. The update makes it possible for interested persons to design and issue a wrapped ERC-20 token. Interestingly, the tokens can also be listed publicly on TomoBridge. This is a really remarkable update, especially in terms of improving interoperability between Ethereum and TomoChain. Therefore, making the vision of a truly seamless, interoperable, and interconnected world even more achievable.
TomoChain and Tixl Finace
The PoS blockchain platform also recently partnered with community-run blockchain and AI-focused platform Tixl Finance.

The partnership with Tixl Finance is TomoChain’s first partnership of the year. Interestingly. The firm boasts of providing crypto investors with a fast, efficient, and seamless method of sorting through prospective crypto investments. The German-based company also recently completed the first phase of its launch.
Vietnam and the Crypto Space
Vietnam is one of the few crypto-friendly countries available in the world today. The country has also listed blockchain technology as one of its major focus areas in 2021. Notably, the country’s National Qualification Archive (NQA) system is currently being built on the TomoChain blockchain. Last week, a demonstration of the system was shown to the Ministry of Education and Training in Vietnam. The NQA system is expected to officially go live in the 2020-2021 session.
LuaSwap
LuaSwap is finally officially listed on TomoWallet’s dApp browser and under the ETH network. This listing will facilitate easy token swaps among users as well as general interoperability among both platforms.
Interestingly, TomoChain also integrated LuaSwap into Unbound Finance. This integration will bring to life many other financial features. Find out more about these features in the video below.

- Vietnam-based ventures Kyros added support for TomoChain and its entire product suite.
- Users are also advised to upgrade their wallet (TomoWallet) to the latest version.
