Tether Partners with Vietnam’s Da Nang to Boost Web3 Infrastructure

Both sides will study how these tools can improve governance. They want systems that are open, fast, and tamper-resistant. Tether will share global best practices to help Da Nang design policies that align with those of top countries.

Supporting Blockchain Policy and RWA Tokenization

As part of the deal, Tether will assist Da Nang in shaping policies for blockchain and digital assets. This includes rules for sandbox experiments, new fintech projects, and the tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs).

Building Local Talent and University Partnerships

Tether and Da Nang plan to team up with universities and research hubs across Vietnam. They intend to offer training courses on blockchain, AI, and peer-to-peer systems. These programs will help local groups learn how to build and run blockchain payment systems.
