4 Small Cap 100x Altcoins Primed To Explode

The data is clear. Alts are improving but no alt season yet. Despite the ongoing feud between Elon Musk and Donald Trump, the crypto market looks good!

4 Small Cap 100x Altcoins Primed To Explode

We are NOT in the alt season yet, but conditions are improving. Alts are doing better and are trading above their 50-day moving average for the first time in months.

It’s giving us a sneak preview of what’s coming. We are taking advantage of it by loading up on 4 small altcoins in hot sectors that have 100x potential for us.  I can guarantee there’s at least one project here you haven’t heard of before. Let’s check them out.

1) Gradients

First, today, we have Gradients. What’s that you might be asking? Most in crypto are unaware of this project. And you should know it.  It’s from the Rayon Labs team, which is one of the leading teams in building decentralized AI solutions. Rayon Labs is building 4 subnets on the decentralized AI platform Bittensor. One of them is Chutes on Subnet 64. It’s already priced out of the small-cap territory because it’s worth over $100 million.

The next biggest is Gradients. Its current market value is $41 million. Gradients is all about training AI models using no-code techniques. This means you can train and create your own AI models without programming skills. This is an area of “vibe coding” that people aren’t talking about yet.

But the potential is enormous. Imagine training it on both industry and job function-specific data. Your model can do all the bookkeeping and accounting work for your very specialized industry. For example, a home bakery or an equipment rental company. Or Sales for a B2B SAAS company. The possibilities are endless.

You can tune any model with any set of data on demand. So far, the Flux Monochrome model, which lets you create manga-style images and more, is the most popular model on Gradients. Other open-source models are available, too. After all, the idea is decentralized AI.

So how do you get Gradients? That’s a little more complicated than the other tokens on this list. First, you need a Bittensor-compatible wallet. Either their own or Sub Wallet or Talisman or other Polkadot/Substrate-compatible wallet. Then you must buy $TAO, the Bittensor native token. Then you take it to TaoStats, connect your wallet, and assign your $TAO to Subnet 56 for Gradients.

Yes, this is more complicated than getting other tokens. But that’s also what makes it a good buy and well undervalued for what it offers. That friction is your advantage. Take advantage of it with one of the easiest AI model training platforms around.

2) Mamo

Next, we stay in AI but with a specific type of AI agent. Mamo by Virtuals is a personal finance assistant. It helps you organize your financial life and make good decisions on finance and investments.

$MAMO’s market value is $25 million. One of its biggest advantages is the team behind it. Luke Youngblood is a founder of Moonwell and a founder here. And while Base markets its tokens, including the Virtuals Ecosystem, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong and Base founder Jesse Pollak both are fans of Mamo. They are marketing it on their own X accounts and giving a big boost to the project.

Mamo only launched about 2 weeks ago, so you are early on this one. And while AI has been hot and will continue to be, specific AI agents like this one are an underdeveloped sector in crypto. You can get $MAMO on Virtuals directly, Uniswap, or the OKX DEX.

3) ChainGPT

Staying in AI again, we have ChainGPT. It’s the first AI model trained specifically on blockchain tech. ChainGPT, like Virtuals, has a launchpad for AI-centric apps. But that’s not all it does. It has lots of infrastructure tools that let projects use AI more easily.  Tools like:

  • An NFT generator.
  • A smart contract generator OR auditor. Vibe code your smart contract.
  • AI trading assistant and more.

And soon, you will get all the infrastructure you need to build and train your own AI agent or train an AI model for your specific needs. ChainGPT is the perfect AI toolbox for projects that know they need help but can’t hire everything they need in-house.

The $CGPT token has had a tough 2025. Since its recent high of 44c in January, it’s down 80% to 11 cents today. At $89 million, ChainGPT is our highest market cap token in this list. And we expect a big pump when the alt season comes to challenge its old all-time high of 55c. The risks are much lower at these prices, and we think this is a great value here.

4) Clearpool

Finally, for today, we have Clearpool. Its current market value is $83 million. Clearpool is our pick for a small-cap in the RWA sector. Its new Ozean Layer 2 is built specifically for RWA and to make it easy to tokenize any asset in a compliant way. Compliance is a big deal in RWA, and issuers need to keep the regulators happy. The best platforms account for this is and Ozean is no exception. Its stablecoin is USDX, issued by partner and leading custodian Hex Trust.

With trillions of dollars of assets coming on-chain, issuers will need someplace besides Ondo to issue those assets. And Clearpool is carving the right path. Ozean lets anyone be tokenized, and the main Clearpool platform is a lending platform that TradFi can trust.

Clearpool’s $CPOOL token has had a rough 2025. It’s down 80% from its recent high in December to 11 cents now. But this is the quiet before the storm, and if you like the risk profile of small caps and the potential of RWA, then this is one you have to keep on your radar.
