On Monday, October 6, USD1 will roll out across the Aptos ecosystem with full support. DeFi platforms like Echelon Market, Hyperion, Thala Labs, Panora Exchange, and Tapp Exchange will integrate USD1 right away.
It won’t stop there. Top wallets and exchanges are also on board. Petra Wallet, Backpack, OKX, OneKey, Bitget Wallet, Nightly, and Gate will all support USD1 from launch day. This gives the token instant accessibility. It allows regular users and large institutions to hold and move USD1 with minimal inconveniences.
Immediate adoption like this is rare for a new stablecoin. It expresses great confidence in WLFI and Aptos infrastructure.
Aptos has strong roots. Aptos emerged from Meta’s Libra project and partners with major investors, including BlackRock and Franklin Templeton. There are now more than $720 million in real-world assets (RWAs) and over 1 billion stablecoins in Aptos today.
It already supports major stablecoins like USDC, USDT, USDe, and PayPal’s PYUSD0. Aptos stands out with its performance stats. Deposits happen within less than a second, and charges are typically one cent.
