Bitwise has expanded in Europe by listing four institutional-grade crypto ETPs on the London Stock Exchange.
With this move, Bitwise is opening the doors for UK professional investors. They can now access their trusted Bitcoin and Ethereum ETPs on one of Europe’s premier trading platforms.
The four products now trading on the LSE are designed with institutional investors in mind. They offer exposure to Bitcoin and Ethereum with high levels of transparency, security, and cost efficiency. The Bitwise Core Bitcoin ETP (BTC1) offers an ultra-low 0.20% total expense ratio (TER), one of the lowest in Europe.
Also featured is the Bitwise Physical Bitcoin ETP (BTCE), a high-liquidity option with a five-year track record. It has shown strong performance on Germany’s XETRA exchange. Bitwise’s Ethereum-focused products round out the list: The Bitwise Physical Ethereum ETP (ZETH) and the Bitwise Ethereum Staking ETP (ET32) are also available. The latter offers staking rewards that accrue daily. With security ensured by cold-storage custody and an independent trustee.
While access in the UK is currently limited to professional and wholesale investors, the London listing marks a meaningful expansion. It increases the availability and visibility of crypto ETPs for institutional players.
