3. Binance Invests in Hg Exchange (HGX)
Binance acquires 18% of Singapore-based regulated private securities exchange Hg Exchange (HGX). This announcement closely follows Binance’s myriad of regulatory issues in Singapore. The acquisition could finally offer a workable solution to Binance’s regulatory hurdles in the Island republic.
HGX is currently supported by several top financial institutions like Fundnel, PhillipCapital, and Prime Partners.
