Powered by Blockchain Bureau, this score is based on on-chain activity. This will help users straightforwardly evaluate credit risk.
To check a wallet’s score, simply head to its website, navigate to the wallet you want to review, and click on the “Cards” tab. Here, you’ll find a comprehensive credit score that ranges from Thin File to Ultra Low Risk, giving you a clear picture of how a particular address behaves on the blockchain. “Thin File” indicates insufficient on-chain data, meaning there’s not enough information to make an assessment, while “Ultra Low Risk” suggests that the wallet has demonstrated consistent, reliable behavior.
With the credit score feature, it’s easier to make informed decisions when interacting with wallets or making transactions. Also, reducing the chances of falling into a risky situation. It’s a little like checking your credit score before applying for a loan. It gives you peace of mind and can save you a lot of trouble down the road.
Etherscan Cards provide a unique way for credible third parties in the Ethereum ecosystem. The goal is to share valuable information directly on the blockchain explorer. It offers users a deeper understanding of wallet addresses. Integrated cards allow users to explore a variety of insights. For example: Claimable airdrops that could provide financial opportunities, browse an address’s POAP collection, or detect potential risks in tokens.
Additionally, users can view on-chain attestations, discover yield opportunities for idle stablecoins, and track DAO activity, including governance scores, votes, and proposals. These features help bring more transparency and functionality to the Ethereum ecosystem, making it easier for users to make informed decisions.
