The name of this initiative is VivoPower. VivoPower International PLC (Nasdaq: VVPR) has announced a private capital raise through agreements with select investors, pricing shares at US$6.05. Under these securities purchase agreements, a total of 20 million ordinary shares will be issued. This will generate approximately US$121 million in gross proceeds before fees and expenses.

The raise was led by His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chairman of Eleventh Holding Company in Saudi Arabia, with participation from notable digital asset investors, institutions, and the investment office of VivoPower Chairman Kevin Chin.
