Virtuals Protocol Genesis Launchpad Is Creating Millionaires
The Virtuals Protocol Genesis Launchpad plays a big role in this AI sector. You can launch your own AI agents and get community funding.

Which crypto sector is as hot as the RWA sector? This sector has recently delivered 500% up altcoins. Right, that’s the AI sector. A couple of projects are red-hot at the moment. One of them is Virtuals Protocol. Over the last two weeks, the $VIRTUAL price is up by 35%. But that’s not all, if we look at the last year, it’s up by 1950%.
It’s obvious that something is cooking at Virtuals Protocol. In case you don’t know, Virtuals Protocol is a launchpad for AI agents. You can create, own, and monetize these AI agents. So, I’m going to take a look at what makes Virtuals Protocol stand out compared to other launchpads.
What Is Virtuals Protocol and Its Virtuals Genesis Launchpad?
Virtuals Protocol ($VIRTUAL) was originally known as Path DAO, which launched in 2021. It rebranded in early 2024 to Virtuals. It launched on Base and since January this year it’s also on Solana.
On Virtuals, you can launch AI agents easily and get community funding. The current $VIRTUAL ATH was in early 2025 at $5.07. However, it dropped to 45 cents in mid-April. That’s when the Virtuals Genesis Launchpad hit the market. This caused the 231% price increase, or a 2.5x. Now $VIRTUAL is back around the $2 mark.
The Virtuals Genesis Launchpad launched on 17th April. This works in favor for both the,
- AI agent teams. They have potential access to as broad a holder base as possible. This increases their visibility and market velocity.
- Ecosystem participants, or ‘Virgens’. That’s you and me. We have early access to top-tier agent projects. There’s a point-based eligibility system in place. This system also offers fair allocation. The more you take part, the more rewards you earn.
So, the Virtuals Genesis Launchpad creates an environment that fosters long term outcomes. Taking part isn’t that easy, though. Here’s the short version, I will have a dedicated video on this later.
So, you start with buying $VIRTUAL and stake it on their site. This will give $veVirtual, which in turn earns you Virgen Points. In other words, passive holding $VIRTUAL is not going to cut it anymore if you want to take part in a new project.
The Virgen Points you need to pledge to an AI agent in Genesis, with some extra $VIRTUAL. Now you’re taking part in a project. If it reaches the bonding curve, you receive its tokens. If not, you will get a refund.
What Sets Virtuals Protocol Apart From Other Launchpads?
Virtuals has three main features. The,
- Agent Commerce Protocol (ACP). This offers standards for agent commerce.
However, today I’m interested in the Genesis Launchpad.
As already explained, to take part in a presale, you need to pledge Virgen Points and $VIRTUAL to an agent. Each presale has a 37.5% allocation of an agent’s token pool. However, there’s a cap of 0.5% of the total token supply per user. So, this prevents whales from taking part. This makes it a fair launch. An agent reaches the bonding curve when it reaches 42,425 $VIRTUAL.
So, what sets Virtuals apart from other launchpads? For example,
- Early access. Other launchpads have no structure and it’s speculative. On the other hand, Genesis has a strong structure with the points pledging feature.
- Token Distribution. Insiders often get the best deals. Genesis offers a capped, proportional, and transparent set up.
- Holder Alignment. Typically, this is a low signal-to-noise ratio. Genesis rewards active and real ecosystem contributors.
- Fairness. Typical launchpads have low fairness. With Genesis, this factor is very high.
- Community Activation. Weak with other launchpads. However, Genesis has pre-launch coordination via points and pledges.

So, the more active you are, the more rewards you get. In this case, with Virgen Points. You can earn Virgen Points in various ways. For example,
- Stake your $VIRTUAL and receive $veVIRTUAL in return.
- Yap on social media like X.
- Join Genesis launches.
- Buy more Genesis agents.
- Buy more Virtuals agents.
- But don’t sell your Genesis.
The Difference
So, let’s now look at some other launchpads. That will give you an idea of why Virtuals stands out.
ARC Forge.
Arc (AI Rig Complex) operates to a degree similarly to Virtuals. It calls Solana its home, and it uses Jupiter’s routing system.
However, Arc screens all projects. So, it’s not very likely to have rugs or scams on ARC. On the other hand, it also limits the number of projects on ARC. See their current projects here. This is something that holds them back. It’s also set up in such a way that the system doesn’t help the token. This in total contrast to how Virtuals operates.
On the plus side, it launched the Beta version of Ryzome Canva during the last week of May. This is the visual builder for Ryzome, which is an agentic app store powering the arc complex.
CreatorBid
CreatorBid on Base was a promising alternative to Virtuals. However, after its $BID token launch in late January, it faded. The token launch had issues with a DDoS attack. Both Binance and CZ supported CreatorBid. You can find CreatorBid now also on the BNB chain. However, it also faced other challenges, like,
- Monetization difficulties and limited user numbers. This can be an aftermath of the difficulties during the $BID token launch.
- It offers limited access to advanced AI tools. Technical expertise also seems to be lacking.
- There are no benefits for long-term platform engagement.
- It has a siloed ecosystem. Thus, there’s limited growth potential.
So, Virtuals is currently way ahead of its competitors. It’s also unique in what it does and how it does it. We have a few more videos coming up on Virtuals.
I will explain how you can take part and how you can maximize your allocation. So, stay tuned. Having said that, what’s your take on Virtuals? Let me know in the comments and join our social media on X and Discord.
