🚨 SEC asked Coinbase to delist all cryptocurrencies except Bitcoin citing all of them are securities. Upon asked for reason, they denied any explanation as to why all assets except $BTC are securities. When will this SEC embarrassment sham end? 😅
10/13 You're welcome Coinbase! But I know some may dismiss it all & say currencies would be regulated, by FOREX regs. Maybe but the argument mostly still holds: - NFA, not SEC would regulate txns - Regulations are simply cap reqs, leverage limits & segregation - No cap on fees
