Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has announced the upcoming listing of Aster (ASTER)
The listing fee for ASTER is 0 BNB. This move highlights Binance’s ongoing effort to support new projects without imposing heavy entry barriers.
Before its official spot debut, Aster has been featured on Binance Alpha, a platform that gives early access to promising tokens before they go live on the main exchange. With this transition, Binance users who already hold Aster in their Alpha Accounts can seamlessly transfer their tokens to Spot Accounts once trading begins.
When spot trading launches, Aster will be delisted from Binance Alpha, and its trading volume will no longer count toward Alpha Points. However, users can still view their Aster balances in Alpha and transfer them to the Spot Market within 24 hours, ensuring a smooth handover. Binance clarified that the Alpha platform acts as a token incubator, allowing the community to explore early projects before they reach the broader market.
To enhance trading efficiency, Spot Algo Orders for ASTER pairs will go live at 04:30 (UTC) on listing day. Trading Bots and Spot Copy Trading will follow within 24 hours, offering users additional strategies to automate or mirror trades. For traders using Spot Copy Trading, the new pairs can be added manually under “Personal Pair Preference.”
Aster announced that Genesis Stage 2 will conclude at 23:59 UTC on October 5. This will pave the way for Aster Dawn: Stage 3, which launches immediately after. Stage 3 introduces smarter boosts and fairer rules, with no downtime between stages. Participants in Stage 2 can check their airdrop eligibility on October 10 and claim tokens starting October 14. No locking period, allowing full flexibility. Running for five weeks until November 9, Stage 3 brings new features such as spot trading rewards, multi-dimensional scoring, symbol-based boost multipliers, and enhanced team mechanics.
These updates aim to reward genuine trading activity and create fairer competition. The scoring system now values various real actions. Like trading volume, holding duration, realized profit and loss, and referrals. This ensures all traders, not just the top performers, have a chance to earn. Aster confirmed that while scoring formulas will stay undisclosed for fairness. All data will be reviewed weekly to keep performance tracking transparent and accurate.
