Bring AI earning agents use cashback rewards to drive Web3 customer acquisition

Bring presents an AI-powered growth platform designed to help Web3 platforms convert prospects into customers through personalized earning opportunities. Its system uses branded AI earning agents to distribute cashback offers, help prospects accumulate valuable assets, encourage account creation, and support ongoing customer engagement.

The approach focuses on rewarding prospects throughout the customer journey rather than relying solely on conventional customer acquisition channels. According to Bring’s presentation, the platform aims to reduce distribution costs to between $2 and $5 per prospect while turning those prospects into customers.

How Bring’s AI-powered growth platform works

Bring’s system is organized around four stages: distribution, nurturing, acquisition, and retention.

During distribution, a Web3 platform promotes its branded earning agent through standard media channels. Prospects can install the agent in a single click without signing up at the initial stage.

During nurturing, the agent presents cashback offers on e-commerce stores and travel websites. The offers, formats, wording, and designs are tailored to individual prospects. As users earn assets, they develop an affinity toward the Web3 platform.

The acquisition stage encourages prospects to open an account and claim the assets they have earned. Once they become customers, the agent continues presenting earning opportunities, encouraging them to accumulate more assets and return to the platform to claim them.

This creates a recurring cycle in which earning opportunities encourage engagement, asset accumulation motivates users to claim their rewards, and claiming rewards generates activity on the platform.

Cashback rewards include shares, gold, and cryptocurrencies

Bring’s presentation describes an on-chain cashback system that has been live since March 2024. The system connects users with more than 12,000 retailers and travel companies.

The assets offered through cashback include tokenized real-world assets representing shares, gold, and cryptocurrencies. Examples of shares shown in the presentation include Google, Tesla, and Nvidia. The cryptocurrency examples include Bitcoin, Solana, Ethereum, XRP, and Zcash.

The presentation states that the holding and claiming mechanisms have been designed and verified for global compliance by one of Israel’s leading crypto law firms. Further details are available upon request.

These rewards form the foundation of the earning-agent model: prospects accumulate valuable assets before opening an account, giving them an incentive to complete the customer acquisition process.

Earning agents address key customer acquisition challenges

Bring identifies several challenges that Web3 platforms face when converting prospects into customers, including attracting attention, establishing trust, and completing account setup.

Its earning agents address these challenges through three mechanisms.

Attracting attention: Prospects are offered opportunities to earn valuable assets. According to the presentation, offers can be activated after two clicks.

Establishing trust: Prospects interact positively with the platform’s agent and gain experience earning rewards. These interactions are intended to build familiarity and confidence in the platform.

Encouraging account setup: Once prospects have accumulated assets, they have an incentive to open an account and claim them. The presentation describes this as a way to motivate users who might otherwise abandon the onboarding process.

Bring also identifies account setup as a significant source of customer drop-off. Its presentation states that approximately 50% of users pass KYC and that 60% drop off before their first transaction.

Reported results show account setup and engagement improvements

Bring’s presentation reports three performance indicators from its system.

  • 31.5% completed account setup: Among users who began setting up a crypto wallet but did not finish, 31.5% of those offered cashback rewards completed the wallet setup after earning assets.
  • 34% increase in engagement: The presentation defines engagement as activating a reward offer from the Web3 platform.
  • 64.5% recurring activity: The presentation reports this figure based on buyers who continued activating offers.

Bring attributes the completed account setups to the rewards offered to users. It also notes that most of the users who completed the process finished the full setup, while a minority chose a cashback wallet.

The presentation identifies Yoroi as a platform used in the engagement validation. It reports 5,675 unique activators in May 2026 and estimates extension monthly active users at less than 33% of a base of 50,000. The recurring-activity figure is based on Bring’s own system data.

Bring says these validation results come from Web3 wallets, as its offering for Web3 exchanges is newer. The presentation considers the results relevant to exchanges because of similarities between wallet and exchange platforms.

Business model and pilot requirements

Bring’s business model is based on reward providers, from which it receives 20% of the payout. The presentation states that the partnership’s goal is to drive meaningful activity volumes.

For a pilot, the Web3 platform commits to distributing its branded earning agents. The platform’s main expense is the distribution of those agents to prospects, and it is not required to provide development resources for the pilot or subsequent scaling.

Bring’s responsibilities include creating the branded earning agent in line with the platform’s guidance, supporting the platform’s team throughout the collaboration, and providing access to a dashboard with detailed performance data.

The Web3 platform is expected to distribute the agents through existing or new customer acquisition channels and reach at least 3,000 prospects within one month of launching the pilot. After the pilot, the platform decides whether and how to continue.

Next steps for launching a pilot

Bring outlines a collaborative process for moving from planning to pilot execution.

First, both sides agree on the high-level design of the platform’s earning agents, plan the pilot, and sign a memorandum of understanding.

Bring then builds the Web3 platform’s earning agents. The Web3 platform distributes them in collaboration with Bring, after which Bring runs the pilot and provides the platform with performance data.

Once the pilot concludes, both sides agree on the next steps based on the results.

Through this model, Bring aims to use reward-based earning journeys to help Web3 platforms attract prospects, convert them into customers, and encourage continued engagement.
