Know Labs, a U.S.-based health tech company listed on the NYSE American exchange, has made a major pivot.
It is acquiring 1,000 Bitcoin for its Bitcoin treasury as part of a transformative deal with Goldeneye 1995 LLC.
As part of the agreement, Goldeneye will gain a controlling interest in Know Labs. Once the deal is finalized, Kidd will step in as CEO and Chairman of the Board. The 1,000 Bitcoin, valued at around $105 million, will serve as the foundation of Know Labs’ new financial approach. It’s a strong signal to investors: Bitcoin is no longer fringe. It is now at the core of a company’s balance sheet.
Know Labs is known for its work in non-invasive health monitoring, but this deal adds a new layer of innovation. Founder Ron Erickson will continue to lead research in diagnostics, while the company explores financial growth through its Bitcoin holdings. Kidd and his team, already experienced in generating Bitcoin yield, plan to bring their private strategy into the public spotlight.
This strategy introduces a new way to value the company: using a multiple of net asset value, or mNAV. In simple terms, this metric compares the market value of the company to the actual value of the Bitcoin it holds. With a market cap of $128 million and Bitcoin accounting for 82% of that (at a BTC price of $105,000), Know Labs offers investors strong exposure to the world’s leading digital asset. The entry mNAV is currently at 1.22x, suggesting investor confidence in its potential.
If approved by shareholders, the deal is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025. For Know Labs, this partnership with Greg Kidd could mark the beginning of a bold new chapter. It blends cutting-edge health tech with forward-thinking digital finance.
