Strategy purchased another 811 Bitcoin between October 26 and November 1, spending approximately $65.5 million at an average price of $80,846 per BTC. The latest acquisition brings the company's total Bitcoin holdings to 849,327 BTC, according to a November 2 Form 8-K filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company's total Bitcoin investment now stands at approximately $64.08 billion, with an average acquisition price of $75,451 per BTC, including fees and expenses.
Strategy Funds Bitcoin Purchase Through MSTR Share Sales
Strategy funded the latest Bitcoin purchase using proceeds from its at-the-market (ATM) common stock offering.
During the reporting period, the company sold 1,178,552 shares of its Class A common stock, generating $164 million in net proceeds. Of that amount, $65.5 million went toward Bitcoin purchases, while the remaining $98.5 million was allocated to USD Cash.
The purchase continues Strategy's approach of raising capital through equity offerings to expand its Bitcoin treasury.

Strategy holds nearly $4.93 billion in USD assets
Alongside its Bitcoin holdings, Strategy reported a combined $4.92 billion in USD assets as of November 1.
This includes a $4.79 billion USD Reserve and $132.7 million in USD Cash. The company maintains the reserve to cover preferred stock dividends and interest on outstanding debt, while USD Cash can support broader treasury operations, including future Bitcoin purchases.
During the same week, Strategy used $43.4 million from its USD Reserve to pay preferred stock dividends. It also spent $208.2 million in USD Cash to repurchase 2,092,035 shares of its STRC preferred stock.
Strategy's Bitcoin Accumulation Continues
The latest purchase adds to Strategy's position as the largest publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holder. Its 849,327 BTC represents approximately 4% of Bitcoin's maximum supply of 21 million coins.
The company continues to use a combination of capital markets activity and its USD reserves to manage its Bitcoin treasury and financial obligations.
As Altcoin Buzz previously reported, institutional demand and corporate Bitcoin accumulation remain important factors in the market's broader outlook.
With its latest acquisition, Strategy has increased its Bitcoin holdings while maintaining nearly $4.93 billion in USD reserves and cash. The balance between further accumulation and meeting its preferred stock and debt obligations will remain an important part of its treasury strategy.
