U.S. spot XRP and Zcash (ZEC) exchange-traded funds (ETFs) recorded a combined $5.0679 million in net outflows on October 30, according to SoSoValue data. Zcash funds accounted for most of the withdrawals, while XRP ETFs saw a smaller net outflow despite fresh money entering one of their products.
The figures point to mixed investor activity across the two crypto assets. XRP funds recorded $496,500 in net outflows, while ZEC ETFs lost $4.5714 million during the session.
Zcash ETF accounts for most of the withdrawals
The Grayscale Zcash ETF (ZCSH) was the only ZEC product to record net outflows on October 30. It saw $4.5714 million leave the fund, while its historical cumulative net inflows remained at approximately $222 million.
Despite the daily withdrawal, ZEC spot ETFs held around $725 million in total net assets. Their reported net asset ratio stood at 3.45%, with cumulative historical net inflows also at approximately $222 million.
The daily outflow follows a period of strong demand for the fund. Grayscale’s ZCSH had previously attracted substantial investor interest as Zcash gained attention, with the ETF approaching $1 billion in assets during September.

The latest withdrawal does not, by itself, establish a lasting change in institutional sentiment toward Zcash. It does, however, show that the fund experienced a notable reversal in daily flows.
XRP ETFs see mixed activity across issuers
XRP spot ETFs recorded a combined net outflow of $496,500 on October 30. However, the activity differed across individual funds.
The Canary XRP ETF (XRPC) recorded a daily net inflow of $922,000, bringing its historical cumulative net inflows to approximately $485 million. In contrast, the Grayscale XRP Trust ETF (GXRP) registered $725,000 in net outflows, with cumulative inflows of around $145 million.
These two figures do not account for the full market-wide result. Other XRP funds also recorded withdrawals, including Bitwise’s product, which helps explain why the overall category finished the session in negative territory.
As of the reported snapshot, XRP spot ETFs held approximately $1.419 billion in net assets. Their net asset ratio stood at 1.79%, while historical cumulative net inflows reached $1.809 billion.
The latest daily result adds to a period of uneven XRP ETF activity.
Altcoin Buzz previously reported that XRP ETFs had recorded a $1.84 million weekly outflow, ending a 13-week streak of weekly inflows.
What the latest ETF flows suggest
The combined $5.0679 million outflow was relatively concentrated in ZEC products, which accounted for roughly 90% of the total. XRP withdrawals were considerably smaller, and the inflow into Canary’s XRPC showed that demand was not uniform across issuers.
Cumulative inflows also remain substantial for both asset categories. XRP spot ETFs have attracted approximately $1.809 billion historically, compared with around $222 million for ZEC products.
A single trading session cannot establish a broader trend in institutional demand. Investors will likely watch whether ZCSH withdrawals continue and whether XRP funds return to positive daily flows in the sessions ahead.
