Top AI Potential Gems Part 2

We recently published the first part of our top AI gems. In that article, we looked at DeXe, Kaito, and AIOZ. We also noted that the AI space could explode pretty soon. So, having your portfolio spread across that sector is a smart move.

For this article, we’ll look at another 3 AI gems. These are not just speculative tokens. Each project serves a unique need and has a growing community. Let’s get to our list.

First on the list is ChainGPT. This project seeks to make AI accessible to every crypto user, from traders to developers. It offers a suite of tools like:

Their native $CGPT token powers all interactions, from tool access to community rewards.

We like this project because it offers practical tools for real crypto use cases. plus, strong integration with Solana means low gas and fast execution. Their roadmap includes AI layer development. So, this project isn’t just integrating AI. It’s a purebred.

The market cap is just $65 million, meaning there’s massive room for growth. ChainGPT is part IDE, part assistant, and part toolkit. This makes it valuable for the next generation of Web3 builders who want to use AI without difficulties. It’s like vibe coding but for blockchain.

 OriginTrail (TRAC)

We’ve talked about OriginTrail a couple of times over the years. At first glance, it doesn’t look like an AI project. But AI is its secret sauce. It powers a Decentralized Knowledge Graph (DKG), enabling machines and algorithms to query, verify, and analyze data from supply chains, pharmaceuticals, food safety systems, and more.

In simple terms, OriginTrail focuses on data sharing among blockchains. The core is data integrity. Although they’ve been around for a while, the project is still going strong.

In 2025:

• OriginTrail featured alongside Microsoft at ChangeNOW Summit in Paris.
• Got with Oracle’s global marketplace via Middle East partner AppsPro.
  

Those are serious moves for visibility. What sets OriginTrail apart is its focus on data integrity, which is essential for AI to be accurate, reliable, and actionable.

So, we like OriginTrail because

• It has enterprise adoption in critical industries.
•  Its unique DKG architecture is ideal for AI.
• Its token utility is grounded in real-world data.

Despite these positive steps, OriginTrail lacks visibility, which is an area the team needs to improve. They are highly undermarketed compared to flashier projects. But do they have the right fundamentals for a gem? Yes, they do. Once they break into mainstream investor awareness, everything is up for grabs.

The market capitalization is less than $200 million, which is ideal for an early-stage investment. Holding this project is suitable for long-term holders.

If AI is the engine of the future, data is the fuel, and OriginTrail ensures that the fuel is clean, verifiable, and interoperable. This project is more substance than hype.

Apex (SN1)

Finally, Apex SN1, a Bittensor subnet. We already have an article explaining Bittensor subnets and how to invest in them. Apex is not an average AI project. It’s a specialized subnet within the Bittensor ecosystem that hosts and evaluates AI models like large language models (LLMs).

Think of it as an open marketplace where developers provide AI outputs (like ChatGPT responses), and validators score them for usefulness and accuracy.

Apex is one of the most technically advanced subnets in crypto AI. It’s where developers interested in decentralized intelligence camp. Bittensor is already one of the top AI projects by market cap. And Apex enjoys support from the TAO ecosystem.

Many people do not understand subnets. So, they don’t invest in them, but moving in early could give you a significant advantage.
