Zenswap, a decentralized exchange (DEX), has launched its public testnet
The testnet of Zenswap is accessible through Analog’s native Testnet Environment. It advances decentralized trading by removing bridges and wrapped tokens, two key DeFi weak points.
By enabling users to perform native swaps across blockchains like Ethereum and Avalanche (AVAX) without ever giving up custody of their assets, the platform addresses a long-standing pain point in decentralized finance. According to Chainalysis, over $2.5 billion has been lost in bridge and wrapped asset exploits since 2021. Zenswap’s approach bypasses these risks entirely.
At the heart of Zenswap’s solution is the use of USDC, a trusted stablecoin, as the universal routing asset. This means users can swap tokens across chains without excessive slippage or complex routing. Swaps are optimized for cost, speed, and simplicity, making it easier for DeFi traders to move assets between ecosystems like Ethereum and AVAX without needing a centralized exchange or exposing themselves to bridge vulnerabilities.
The platform’s Boost Mode accelerates cross-chain settlement, while its smart routing system minimizes fees. All swaps are fully traceable and executed through non-custodial wallets, preserving user control and ensuring transparency. To engage the community, Zenswap is launching a quest-based testing framework within the testnet.
Users can earn points by completing interactive tasks designed to simulate real-world activity. While rewards remain in the testnet phase, active participants may be recognized during Zenswap’s journey to the mainnet.
Zenswap is a collaboration between Analog and Soramitsu, the blockchain firm behind Polkaswap and the SORA network. With deep experience in building secure and scalable blockchain systems, the team is positioning Zenswap as a long-term solution to fragmented liquidity and cross-chain limitations.
This testnet launch comes at a time when demand for secure and easy-to-use DeFi platforms is on the rise.
