Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP and SHIB Price Analysis for September 11

Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP and Shiba Inu are losing short-term momentum and testing key support levels as traders await fresh U.S. inflation data.

Bitcoin and Ethereum are losing short-term momentum after their August rallies, while XRP and Shiba Inu are testing key support zones. Rising oil prices, Treasury yields and Friday’s U.S. inflation data could determine whether the current pullback deepens.

Bitcoin Price Analysis: $76,000 - $77,000 Is Key

Bitcoin is trading around $77,300 after failing to break above the $80,000 - $81,000 area. The price has formed a series of lower highs, while the RSI has cooled to around 55.5, showing that the August rally has lost momentum.

The immediate support sits around $76,000 - $77,000. A daily break below this zone could expose $72,800 - $73,000, where stronger dynamic support is located.

On the upside, reclaiming $79,000 would give bulls another opportunity to challenge $80,000 - $82,000.

Ethereum Price Analysis: Can ETH Hold $2,400?

Ethereum is consolidating around $2,441 after failing to break the $2,500 - $2,560 resistance zone. The broader breakout structure remains intact as long as ETH holds $2,360 - $2,400.

The RSI has cooled to around 58 following August's sharp rally, indicating weaker momentum but not an oversold market.

A daily close below $2,350 would significantly weaken the bullish structure and could trigger a deeper correction. Conversely, reclaiming $2,560 could put $2,600 back in focus.

This setup follows our recent analysis showing that ETH needs to defend the $2,400 area as September volatility increases.

XRP Price Analysis: Bears Test $1.33 - $1.36

XRP is trading near $1.36 after losing momentum from its August rally. The $1.33 - $1.36 region is now the key support zone, with the token sitting near its long-term moving average.

A daily close below $1.33 could open the way toward $1.24, while a recovery above $1.40 - $1.42 would improve the short-term outlook.

XRP previously faced a similar battle around $1.35, with bulls needing to reclaim $1.41 - $1.43 before targeting the larger $1.55 resistance.

Shiba Inu Price Analysis: $0.0000049 Support at Risk

Shiba Inu looks more vulnerable than the other three assets. SHIB is trading near $0.00000509 after breaking below its rising trendline.

The immediate support sits between $0.0000049 and $0.0000050. The RSI has fallen to 48.2, indicating that sellers currently have the momentum advantage.

If $0.0000049 fails, SHIB could revisit $0.0000046 and eventually the August low near $0.0000044. Bulls need to reclaim $0.0000056 - $0.0000057 to produce a stronger bullish reversal.

Our September 9 SHIB analysis also identified $0.0000049 - $0.0000050 as a critical defensive zone, making this level particularly important now.

Bitcoin, ETH, XRP and SHIB Face a Key Test

All four assets are showing weaker short-term momentum, but their broader structures remain different. Bitcoin needs to defend $76,000 - $77,000, Ethereum must hold $2,360 - $2,400, XRP faces $1.33 - $1.36, while SHIB is fighting to protect $0.0000049 - $0.0000050.

Friday's U.S. inflation data could provide the next major catalyst. A stronger-than-expected inflation reading could increase pressure on risk assets, while softer data may give bulls another chance to recover.
