Crypto.com Announces Instant Cashback up to 8%

Leading cryptocurrency payments platform Crypto.com announced an increase in the cashback on purchases made using Crypto.com cards. According to the official blog, the new cashback rates have been updated for two out of five Crypto.com cards. The new rates will be effective on October 1, 2020.

Furthermore, the cardholders will receive their cashback in their Crypto.com App instantly. This remains valid for all kinds of purchases made with the cards. On September 17, the company announced that Obsidian cardholders can enjoy a cashback of 8% on all of their purchases. Along with that, Frosted Rose Gold and Icy White cardholders can get 5% instant cashback for their purchases.

CRO stake-based cards

Crypto.com Visa cards are the most widely used crypto cards across the globe. These cards are currently available in the United States, Europe, and the Asia Pacific regions. The popularity of these cards over other competitors is driven by the fact that all of these five cards are no fees cards. Apart from that, these cards offer a lot of perks. Some of these perks are:

  • Zero annual or monthly fees
  • No-fee ATM withdrawals
  • Zero foreign transaction fees
  • 100% rebate for Spotify, Netflix, and Amazon Prime
  • Free airport lounge access for Obsidian, Frosted Rose Gold, and Icy White cards

To get the Crypto.com cards, users need to stake 1,000 to 1,000,000 CRO. Based on the staked CRO amount, users can enjoy cashback in the range of 1-8%. The company also offers a zero-staking card. However, using that card, users can receive only 1% cashback.

Last week, Crypto.com added VeChain’s VET to its recurring buy feature. Also, DeFi Swap was recently launched on the Ethereum Mainnet. Users can swap and farm DeFi tokens on the new platform that is powered by CRO, the native token of Crypto.com.
