Linear Finance (LINA) Vault Launch
Linear Finance vaults and its smart contracts officially went live on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) on May 26, 2021. The vault will automatically provide enthusiastic users on Linear Finance with passive income; earning huge yields by simply staking their assets. Interested persons will also need to deposit ℓUSD into the vault. In return, stakers will earn rewards either in ℓUSD or BUSD. Staked ℓUSD tokens will be locked for 7 days and interest on the locked tokens will be distributed every week.
Furthermore, users will be able to easily generate interest in LINA tokens due to the vault. To do this, they simply need to provide liquidity for the ℓUSD/BUSD pool on PancakeSwap V2. LP tokens acquired from providing liquidity can then be transferred to the vaults.
Why Linear Vaults
By design, Linear Finance ℓUSD tokens can be traded outside of the Linear ecosystem. In search of higher APYs and better percentages, users are moving to other ecosystems to trade ℓUSD. While this move in itself isn’t bad, it does not in any way contribute to the Linear ecosystem. Expanding and growing the Linear ecosystem is a major focal point for Linear Finance; hence the launch of Linear vaults.
According to reports, Linear vault is the result of popular demand by community members. The vault provides users with yet another reliable and efficient way to earn passive income. Also, the vault will facilitate better awareness, more use cases, and therefore increased adoption of Linear Finance.
Linear finance is focused on providing an enabling environment for diversification and interoperability in the DeFi space. The launch of its vaults further helps to expand its available products while ensuring more use cases for its ℓUSD tokens. Linear Finance created three different vaults each generating ℓUSD, BUSD, and LINA.
