The Community Speaks segment is written by select members of cryptocurrency coin or token project communities who want to update the Altcoin Buzz Army about news surrounding the project they represent. The goal of the Community Speaks Segment is to bring these community members in to introduce the Altcoin Buzz Army to their opinions surrounding their respective projects and keep them updated on its progress.

XinFin is the world’s first open source hybrid blockchain platform. It is built on both Ethereum, a public blockchain, and Quorum, a private blockchain. Quorum is an enterprise-focused version of Ethereum developed by J.P. Morgan.
Launched in 2017, XinFin chose to first build its platform and launch their first decentralized app (dApp), TradeFinex, before launching their ICO in March 2018.

XinFin launched an ERC20 token [XDCE] is the trading token and is pegged 1:1 with the hybrid ecosystem token [XDC]. THE TECH
XinFin network is currently designed on PBFT+stake driven consensus which means participating entities such as masternodes and institutions need to stake their tokens. This simply means that most tokens will be staked and locked for running masternodes, private subnetworks and various financial applications.
The blockchain is an open source hybrid PBFT/PoS consensus protocol (public and private — a “permissioned” blockchain for privacy necessary for banks, financial institutions and governments.
FIRST dAPP — TradeFinex:
TradeFinex was designed for global infrastructure financing, primarily to assist infrastructure owners, predominantly governments, to better access investment from a global market.
Infrastructure investment is a massive market sector that is experiencing significant funding challenges. According to The Word Bank — “It is forecast that $94 Trillion needs to be invested in global infrastructure projects by 2040”.
XinFin is the blockchain partner with The Official Monetary and Financial Institutions Forum (OMFIF) for Global Public Investors (GPI) 2018 launch. The GPI have investable assets of $33.8 Trillion.
