Layer 2 Platform Cartesi ($CTSI), provider of tools for operating smart contracts off-chain, now has a wrapped version of their $CTSI token available on Avalanche ($AVAX).
Cartesi has been working with Avalanche since its integration back in February. That integration allows better scaling for the developing smart contracts. Cartesi and Avalanche are taking their partnership further with a wrapped version of Cartesi’s ERC-20 token available now on Avalanche.
The Cross-Chain Bridge for CTSI
Using the Anyswap bridge, you can move $CTSI between the two platforms seamlessly and withdraw from either one. Anyswap is a decentralized protocol for cross-chain swaps that currently works with more than 600 different projects.

The Cartesi Avalanche Partnership
Cartesi lets programmers run their contracts in Linux and off-chain. There’s no Solidity required like for Ethereum’s Virtual Machine (EVM). Avalanche is a blockchain built for running decentralized apps. “…Bridging Linux and mainstream software with Avalanche will open the gates for the broader software community to develop the next generation of decentralized applications.” said Erick de Moura, CEO of Cartesi.
Avalanche developers can use the Linux tools to build apps, thanks to Cartesi. Cartesi gets the benefits of scale when using the Avalanche blockchain. It’s been a win/win integration. Wrapped CTSI is one more confirmation of how well the services are working together.
CTSI and AVAX Price Information
As of the time of publication, Cartesi’s price was $0.8162 with a 24-hour trading volume of ~$75 million. CTSI price also dropped by 2% over the last 24 hours. Cartesi has a circulating supply of 450 Million CTSI coins and a total supply of 1 Billion.
Avalanche’s price was $64.86 with a 24-hour trading volume of $798 million. AVAX price also increased by 2% over the last 24 hours. Avalanche has a circulating supply of 220 Million AVAX coins and a total supply of 378 Million.
